Terms of Service

Soulfie turns a photo of your face or open palm into a written reading in the language of physiognomy, palmistry and tarot, plus a shareable card. It is made for reflection, delight and conversation.

It is not fortune telling in any literal sense, and not advice. Readings are generated by an AI model from the visual impression of a photo. They do not predict the future and must not be relied on for medical, psychological, legal, financial or relationship decisions. If something in a reading troubles you, please talk to a person you trust or a qualified professional.

You must be at least 16 years old. You may only upload photos of yourself, or of another adult who has clearly agreed to it. Never upload photos of children, of people who have not consented, or of anyone else’s identity documents.

• You keep all rights to your photo. You give us permission to process it once, solely to produce your reading, and that permission ends when the reading is returned.
• We do not store your photo. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
• If the photo does not clearly show a face (face reading) or an open palm (palm reading), the Service will tell you and no free reading or credit is used.
• The reading is produced automatically. It may be inaccurate, generic or occasionally odd. We do not review readings before you see them.

Everyone may take one free palm reading per calendar day (UTC), with or without an account. Free readings produce a card marked with a small “Free edition” ribbon. The free allowance is per person; using several browsers, devices or accounts to take more than one free reading a day is not permitted and may lead to a block.

• An account is needed to hold credits and to take face readings. Sign up with an email address and a password of at least 8 characters.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• New accounts receive 3 welcome credits as a gift. We may change or end this welcome gift for new sign-ups at any time; credits already granted stay in your balance.
• One account per person. We may close duplicate or abusive accounts.

• Credits are the Service’s unit of use. Current prices: face reading — 3 credits; extra palm reading (beyond the daily free one) — 1 credit.
• Credit packs: 5 credits for $1.99, 20 for $4.99, 50 for $9.99 (prices in US dollars, taxes may be added at checkout). We may change pack sizes and prices; changes never affect credits you already hold.
• Credits do not expire while your account exists. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not refundable except where required by law or where we failed to deliver a reading you paid for — in that case tell us and we will restore the credits.
• A credit is only deducted when the model successfully produces a reading. Rejected photos cost nothing.
• Cards produced with credits carry no watermark.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider under its own terms. Until payments open, the “Buy” buttons show a notice and no charge is made.

The card produced for you is yours to keep, download, post and share for personal, non-commercial purposes — including on TikTok, Instagram and similar platforms. Please do not remove or hide the “Free edition” ribbon on a free card; if you would like a clean card, use a credit reading. Do not present a Soulfie reading as a professional, medical or scientific assessment of yourself or anyone else.

• Upload photos of other people without their clear consent, or of anyone under 16.
• Use the Service to harass, judge, rank or discriminate against anyone.
• Try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, or bypass the free-reading limit or credit system.
• Resell readings or cards, or use the Service to build a competing product.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund of credits obtained through abuse.

The Soulfie name, design, illustrations, card layouts and text (other than your reading and your photo) belong to us. You may not copy them outside of sharing your own card. The reading text generated for you may be used by you freely.

We work hard to keep Soulfie available, but it is provided “as is” and may pause, change or end at any time. If we permanently shut down while you hold paid credits, we will refund their unused value where we reasonably can.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Soulfie is not liable for any indirect loss, or for any decision you take based on a reading. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

You may stop using Soulfie at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing ricko1@live.no. Deletion is permanent and removes your remaining credits.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in. If you have a problem, contact us first at ricko1@live.no — most things can be sorted out with an email.

We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be mentioned in the app for account holders.
